On June 16, 2026, Dean Jiang Jianhua of the Study Abroad Institute at Southwest University of Finance and Economics and his delegation visited the School of Computer Science and Engineering of Faculty of Innovation Engineering at Macau University of Science and Technology. Assistant Director Li Jianqing and Associate Professor Liang Yanyan warmly received the guests.

During the meeting, Assistant Director Li Jianqing extended a warm welcome to Dean Jiang and his delegation, and introduced the current status and recent academic research developments of the School of Computer Science and Engineering. Dean Jiang also presented the latest updates from the Study Abroad Institute, SWUFE. The two sides then engaged in discussions on topics including scientific research development and talent cultivation.
After the meeting, the delegation toured the University History and Achievements Exhibition Hall.
The visiting delegation from University of Finance and Economics also included Yang Xin, Vice Dean of the School of Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence, and Feng Sijing, Project Director of the Study Abroad Institute.
