GAO, RENJUN
From the crisp breeze of early autumn to the vibrant bloom of midsummer, these four years of undergraduate life have slipped away like a fleeting shadow. Looking back on my journey at the Faculty of Innovation Engineering at MUST, it was a tapestry woven with moments of deep reflection at technical bottlenecks, the perplexity of repeated experiments, and the profound joy of seeing visions crystallize into reality. Here, I have gathered not merely a wealth of professional knowledge, but a true metamorphosis of the mind and a tempering of the soul.
On this pursuit of knowledge, my heartfelt gratitude goes to our professors for their devoted guidance. It was your academic rigor and earnest teachings that steered me through the fog of uncertainty, teaching me to draw strength from setbacks. I am equally thankful for the companionship of my peers. The days we spent fighting side by side and supporting one another will forever remain the most cherished memories of my youth.
I am deeply grateful to the Faculty of Innovation Engineering for providing us with a vast sanctuary of knowledge and the freedom to explore. In this atmosphere of inclusivity, I was able to bridge theory with practice, gradually illuminating the path of my future ambitions. Carrying this passion forward, I will continue to delve into the realms of Robotics and Embodied AI, seeking truth with pragmatism and exploring without end.
Graduation is not the final curtain, but the dawn of a new odyssey. May our alma mater continue to flourish and nurture endless generations of talents; may all graduates be blessed with a brilliant future, pressing forward with unwavering resolve.
As parting draws near, I wish to share a line from the film _Back to the Future_ with my junior schoolmates:
"If you put your mind to it, you can accomplish anything."
The path of exploration is rarely smooth, and both triumphs and setbacks are simply part of the journey. I have also always resonated deeply with this sentiment:
"Success is not final, failure is not fatal: it is the courage to continue that counts."
May we all forever hold onto the courage to face the unknown on our journey ahead.

Four years ago, the nervousness I felt standing at the gate of MUST still seems like yesterday. Back then, I always thought university life would be long enough for us to explore slowly and grow at our own pace. Looking back now, I realize that time is like a one-way light rail train, moving forward before we even have the chance to count every station along the way. Before we knew it, the announcement of graduation had already arrived.
I would like to express my sincere gratitude to every teacher. You transformed complex professional knowledge into clear ideas and guided us to discover, analyze, and solve problems through lectures, experiments, and projects. The nights spent debugging code, analyzing experimental results, and revising our thesis were challenging, yet they also allowed me to truly experience the sense of fulfillment and achievement that comes with engineering learning.
I am also grateful to my classmates and friends. Beyond the formulas and theories in textbooks, I will always cherish the ordinary moments we shared: discussing assignments, completing group projects, preparing presentations, and encouraging one another. Because of you, this journey was not only filled with pressure, but also companionship and warmth.
Lastly, I would like to thank myself—the person who once felt lost and anxious, but still kept moving forward step by step. These four years of undergraduate study have not only equipped me with professional knowledge, but also taught me to persist through uncertainty and grow through repeated attempts.
May we carry the nourishment we received from MUST and move toward the paths we love. In every future journey, may we remain passionate, stay grounded, and become people who are both warm-hearted and strong. Though the road ahead is long, may we meet again someday.

Time flies, and my four years as an undergraduate in the School of Computer Science and Engineering at the Faculty of Innovation Engineering, Macau University of Science and Technology (MUST), have passed in the blink of an eye. Looking back on this journey filled with challenges and opportunities, my heart is filled with profound gratitude and reluctance to leave.
These four years at MUST have been a period of continuous exploration and self-breakthrough. Benefiting from the faculty's rigorous academic atmosphere and inclusive environment for innovation, I was able to maintain academic excellence while delving deeply into the fascinating world of 3D reconstruction, phase-field models, and numerical algorithms. On this path of research, I would like to express my deepest appreciation to my mentor, Professor Junxiang Yang. It was your meticulous guidance and selfless dedication that enabled me to translate theory into practice, granting me the honor of publishing our research findings in top-tier international academic journals.
Beyond academics, my experience serving as the Chair of the IEEE MUST Student Branch has been incredibly rewarding. Organizing academic conferences and programming competitions, and discussing cutting-edge technologies with like-minded peers are precious memories I will cherish forever. I also want to extend my sincere gratitude to all the professors in our faculty; your inspiring teaching has laid a solid professional foundation for me. Furthermore, I am profoundly grateful to my family, whose unconditional love, companionship, and support have been the unwavering source of my strength through every challenge.
Looking ahead, carrying the knowledge and resilience I have gained at my alma mater, I will continue my research endeavors. I wish MUST continued success and glory, and I wish all the graduates a bright and promising future! We will meet at the top!

GONG, YIXIAN
At eighteen, with youthful courage and ambition, I stepped into the gates of the School of Innovation Engineering filled with joy and excitement. The atmosphere there was rich with learning and vibrant with youthful energy. Whether it was the demanding yet fulfilling rhythm of academic life or the colorful variety of campus experiences, I immersed myself in it all and gained immensely. Who would have thought that, in the blink of an eye, the day of parting would already be so near?
During these four years of growing alongside Macau University of Science and Technology, opportunities and challenges arrived one after another. From the uncertainty and self-doubt I felt at the beginning to the confidence I now carry, I owe a great deal to the support of my teachers and classmates. Looking back on the many heartfelt conversations with my professors and the mutual encouragement I shared with my peers, I believe it was in those moments that my growth and transformation truly began.
Therefore, I would like to express my gratitude to every teacher who has helped me along the way. You showed me that rigor is not rigidity, and seriousness does not mean being mechanical; truly solid learning lies in the willingness to pursue every “why” to its very end. I am especially grateful to my supervisor, who offered me guidance, patience, and trust whenever I felt lost. Very often, a timely reminder meant far more than empty words of encouragement.
I would also like to thank the classmates and friends who have walked this journey with me. The days we spent rushing through projects and preparing for exams may have felt hectic and exhausting at the time, but in retrospect, they were among the warmest and most meaningful parts of university life. Those nights when we worked side by side to solve difficult problems, and those quiet moments of understanding captured in a simple “Let me take a look for you,” are treasures I will always carry with me.
The road ahead is long, yet mountains and seas alike are worth crossing. May every teacher and student at Macau University of Science and Technology always possess both the passion and freedom to pursue their dreams wholeheartedly, and the calm strength and resilience to move steadily forward. And may Macau University of Science and Technology continue its proud traditions through the years, advancing with steadfast steps, and renew its brilliance as it embarks upon ever new journeys.
