In celebration of the 25th Anniversary of Macau University of Science and Technology (MUST), Open Day 2025 was successfully held on 23rd February 2025. The Faculty of Innovation Engineering (FIE) organized a series of engaging events that highlighted the faculty's course offerings, research strengths, and teaching successes. This event provided an invaluable opportunity for prospective students and parents to gain an in-depth understanding of the innovative engineering field. Over 1,600 participants attended, experiencing firsthand the unique appeal of innovation engineering.
Course Introduction Sessions
During the Open Day, participants gained insights into the courses, research areas, and academic achievements of FIE through various formats such as course introduction sessions, consultation booths, and exhibitions of scientific research results. They gained insights into the faculty's distinctive courses, future development trajectories, and critical information regarding their preferred programs, admission processes, and campus life.

Additionally, the interactive booth game, “Innovative Engineering Exploration,” co-hosted by various departments within FIE, launched participants on a unique journey of discovery. These immersive experiences fostered excitement about the subjects and heightened interest in the innovative engineering discipline.
Snake - Arduino Game Console Workshop
The popular “Snake-Arduino Game Console Workshop” allowed participants to use Arduino development boards to construct a mini game console featuring the classic Greedy Snake game. This hands-on experience not only revealed the intricacies of engineering technology but also encouraged innovative thinking and interdisciplinary skills.
The activities offered by FIE during MUST Open Day 2025 were met with great success.
