On July 17, 2024, Professor Shan Chun, Dean from School of Electronics and Information, Guangdong Polytechnic Normal Univeristy and his delegation visited School of Computer Science and Engineering, Faculty of Innovation Engineering, Macau University of Science and Technology, received a warm welcome by Professor Li Xiaodong, Assistant Dean of Faculty of Innovation Engineering and Professor Li Jianqing, Assistant Director of School of Computer Science and Engineering. Professor Shan Chun and his delegation visited the University’s History and Achievements Exhibition Hall and the Information Technology Exhibition Hall, which were followed by friendly discussions.
The discussion was chaired by Professor Li Jianqing, Professor Li Xiaodong extended a warm welcome to Professor Shan Chun's delegation and provided a brief overview of recent developments at the university, the Faculty of Innovation Engineering and the School of Computer Science and Engineering. Professor Shan Chun praised the rapid development of the university and gave a detailed introduction to School of Electronics and Information, Guangdong Polytechnic Normal Univeristy. Subsequently, two parties held lively discussions on student exchanges and future research project cooperation, aiming to further promote academic exchanges and mutual visits.
In addition to Professor Shan Chun, other visiting guests included Dr. Li Mianjie, Director of Department of Communication Engineering, School of Electronics and Information, Guangdong Polytechnic Normal University, and Dr. Huang Yewen, Director of Department of Intelligence Science, School of Electronics and Information, Guangdong Polytechnic Normal University.
