Zhuhai MUST Science and Technology Research Institute, 3rd Floor, Rooms 311 & 312.

Introduction:
Led by Professor Li Liang, Ph.D. advisor, these laboratories focus on semiconductor nanocrystal (quantum dot) synthesis chemistry, optical properties, and applications in display lighting and environmental pollutant treatment. Key objectives include overcoming stability challenges of quantum dots in LED devices and biological applications. Research directions encompass the synthesis and application of fluorescent quantum dots, development of new inorganic phosphors, improvement of nanomaterials' environmental durability, and environmental functional materials for rapid adsorption, emergency environmental protection, and photocatalytic decomposition of pollutants. The team comprises one faculty member, three postdocs, three graduate students, and four undergraduates, with a total project funding of 15 million MOP.
